Shipping
We currently ship to the United States. We make and check every sheet, our print partner prints it, and it ships within 2–4 weeks of your order. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Redos and refunds
You can see a free preview of your pet before you buy, and a person checks every sheet before it prints. Because each sheet is made just for you, we can't accept returns. If a design clearly doesn't look like your pet (wrong markings, coat color or eye color), or your sheet arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll redo and reprint it once, free.
Your photos
We use your photo only to make your stickers. We don't sell it or use it to train AI models. We only show your pet's stickers publicly if you tick the "OK to feature" box, and we never post your original photo. Uploaded photos are deleted 90 days after your order ships. To have yours deleted sooner, email info@luluwebstudio.com.
