- What kind of photo works best?
- A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face and markings are easy to see. One pet per photo, no heavy filters, and not too far away.
- Can I see my stickers before I buy?
- Yes. After you upload your photo, tap "Show me a free preview" to see your pet as the first design on the sheet. After you order, we make all six, a real person checks each one, and it goes to print.
- What if a sticker doesn't look like my pet?
- If a design clearly misses (wrong markings, coat color or eye color), email info@luluwebstudio.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll redo it and reprint your sheet once, free.
- How long does shipping take?
- Your sheet ships within 2–4 weeks. You'll get a tracking link by email.
- Are the designs made with AI?
- Yes. We use AI image tools to create the designs from your photo, and a person checks every sheet before it prints.
- Can I get two pets on one sheet?
- Not yet. Email info@luluwebstudio.com and we'll let you know when multi-pet packs are available.
